Registration was doing a brisk trade this morning. Moscone South for Oracle employees, exhibitors and bloggers! Moscone West for everyone else.
All waiting in anticipation for the next big announcement from Larry in his keynote speech this evening. No prizes for guessing it might contain something about in memory data.
Oracle had two things to celebrate today, the opening of OpenWorld 2013 and the Anericas Cup. I was lucky enough to be at both with lunch at my favourite SF restaurant McCormick and Kuleto's with ringside views of the race at just the right time.
